Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how Pure Coast Upholstery Cleaning ("Pure Coast," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information in connection with this website and our cleaning services.

The short version

We use information you provide to respond to your request, prepare and discuss a quote, schedule accepted work, provide service, and operate the business. A quote request is not an appointment and does not authorize marketing.

Information we collect

Information you provide

When you contact us by phone, email, or another method we make available, we may receive information you choose to provide, including:

  • Your name, email address, and mobile number.
  • Your city and ZIP code when discussing a quote.
  • Your full service address if you accept a quote and arrange an appointment.
  • The services and quantities you select, condition details, access notes, and other information about the requested work.
  • Your preferred contact method and communications about your request.
  • Messages, scheduling details, service records, and other information you provide when you contact or work with us.

The public website does not currently accept online quote submissions or household photo uploads. We also do not currently ask customers to send household photographs by email, text, or another channel. Please use written details only. We will update this policy before enabling a secure photo-intake feature.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, our website and service providers may process basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages requested, and the date and time of a request. This information may appear in security and server logs and is used to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the site.

How we use information

We may use personal information to:

  • Review the scope of a requested cleaning job and prepare a quote.
  • Contact you by the method you select about the quote request for which you provided that preference.
  • Confirm service details and provide cleaning services you request.
  • Respond to questions, requests, complaints, and privacy inquiries.
  • Maintain records, prevent misuse, protect the site, and diagnose technical issues.
  • Comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
  • Understand and improve the site and service using aggregated or deidentified information where practical.

Contact about a quote or service request is not consent to marketing. If we offer marketing communications in the future, we will request any separate consent required for them.

Photos and retention

We do not currently accept household photographs through this website, email, text, or another customer-contact channel. Please do not send them. Staff can begin with a written description of the item, quantity, condition, city, and ZIP.

If secure photo intake is activated later, sending a photo for quote review will not give us permission to use it in advertising, social media, a public portfolio, or a before-and-after story. Any public use will require separate permission.

We keep quote, communication, scheduling, and service records only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including customer support, business records, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and enforcement of agreements.

Before online photo intake is activated, we will revise this notice to explain the storage, access, and retention practices that apply to that feature.

How we share information

We may disclose personal information as needed in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers. Website hosting, customer relationship, email or text delivery, security, and technical support providers may process information for us under their own service terms and privacy obligations.
  • Legal and safety needs. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful process, protect rights and safety, prevent fraud, or enforce an agreement.
  • Business changes. Information may be reviewed or transferred as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or similar business transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
  • At your direction. We may share information when you ask us to or clearly authorize the disclosure.
No sale or advertising sharing

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not share mobile information, text-message opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Providers may process that information only as needed to deliver and support our messages.

Cookies and site data

The site and its hosting providers may use cookies or similar technology that is necessary to load pages, maintain security, remember essential choices, or provide a feature you request. We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party trackers for targeted advertising.

If our analytics, cookie, or advertising practices materially change, we will update this policy and provide any notice or choice required by law.

Calls, texts, and emails

We may use the contact details and preference you provide with a quote request only to respond about that quote. If you later accept a quote, scheduling, service reminders, or support communications are handled separately as part of that customer relationship. Choosing text messages for quote replies is optional and is not required to request or purchase service.

You may reply STOP to stop text messages and HELP for help. You may also contact us using the details below. We may retain an opt-out record so we can honor your choice. See our Terms of Service for additional messaging terms.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to provide access to, correct, or delete personal information associated with you. You may also ask a question about our practices or withdraw consent for future quote-related communications. We will evaluate each request under the laws that apply to it.

Send a request to info@purecoastupholstery.com, call or text 656-205-1928, or use our contact page. To protect personal information, we may need to verify your identity and the scope of your request. We may retain or withhold information when allowed or required by law, including for security, recordkeeping, completed transactions, disputes, or legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or offer a financial incentive for personal information.
